Will Accutane Help my really bad body acne? Back,chest , shoulders, a little on the neck and arms and mostly on the face (photo)

I have seen Accutane work very well for body acne, but I would have to know if you take any supplements for body building, because many are notorious for creating or worsening body acne.  These supplements would prevent Accutane from working properly.
