Hi. I need your help. I have Asian skin type and my skin in very sensitive. I was treated with CO2 fractional 4 weeks ago. And there was a slight redness on my face. 1 - Is it ok to have next session with CO2 fractional after 4 weeks? 2 - If the gap between CO2 is short, can I do RF fractional or microneedling? 3 - What is the best way to remove this redness?

Post Co2 redness is not uncommon for your type of skin. I recommend more time between sessions to allow for your skin to calm down. Pushing things with other treatments while still irritated can lead to hyper-pigmentation. Especially with your type of skin. 
In the mean time, use very good skin and sun protective care with non chemical based products, Keep your skin moist at all times. You may benefit from a silicone based anti-scaring product.
Asian skin tends to be less predictable than most other types. You may want to have small test areas performed prior to treating larger areas. Wait a few weeks. If no adverse reaction you'll be able to proceed with greater confidence.
