What is the best option for more teeth visibility when I talk and smile? Should I focus on my teeth, lips or philtrum?

I'm very confused as I've been thinking about a few alternatives but can't figure out if it's my teeth that are too small or my philtrum is too long? Should I get my philtrum shortened or do something about my lips? I feel like I might also have a bit of an overbite as my upper teeth don't sit straight in light with my bottom teeth - they're just a bit off towards the left and resting over and in front of the lower teeth...
