I had microneedling with topical PRP done along with a PRF injection today. After the nurse was done, a technician came in and wiped my face with some kind of wet wipes. However I've read you're not supposed to wash your face until the next day, will the PRP not be effective since she wiped my face? My face is very dry and i paid extra for the PRP, so I'll be upset if it's ineffective.
