What can I do to achieve a more smoother face or without nasolabiol fold, tear troughs as realistic as possible? Fillers? I'm 18 but I look older because of my smile lines and dark circles lines. I also have marionette lines that form like a puppet.

You can consider fillers to help with under eye hollowness as well as nasolabial folds, those your are very minimal.  I would instead recommend using medical grade skin care products like Transform MD and wearing sunscreen every day.  You can also consider healthy facial treatments such as chemical peels and microneedling to keep your skin healthy.

Let me start by telling you that you do not have nasal labial folds or Mariannette lines, which should be treated by any means. Even six-year-old children have these. As far as your hollowness in a lower eyelid is concerned it is purely hereditary and most likely from the father side of the family. I would definitely not consider having fillers done as they ultimately result in trouble. Consider having fat grafting done as it will produce natural and permanent results as long as it’s done by a plastic surgeon who specializes in fat grafting techniques.
