Hello @amadden46 thank you for your question and showing your pictures. in my opinion you are candidate for a lower blefaroplastia to remove the lower eyelids bags and puffiness and improve the appearance of the eyes. The best course of action is to consult one or several board certified plastic surgeon as each concept and surgical technique is different, there will be different possibilities for improvement depending on the vision and approach of the treating physician.
