I had tear trough filler injected in may of 2021. It gave me double eye bags and puffiness. I went to see a surgeon to get a lower blepharoplasty but was told the bags are not bad enough to treat surgically. The surgeon was quite reputable as well. If I pull the skin back it gives me the effect I want. I'm not expecting perfection but it seems as if there isn't a way to treat this. What can I do?

Hola, buen dia.
Saludos y buen dia.
