Hi! The first two photos are pictures of my eyes but would like them to look more like the last picture but I've always had some under eye hollowness. I am 36 now and recently lost a lot of weight and now it looks like I am always tired from volume loss. I would ideally like higher cheek bones and improved under eye. What are your thoughts? Fillers such as hyaluronic acid should never be used in the lower eyelid area or the tear trough. Implants are fading into the past and are not being really used anymore. The complications are way too high and simply not worthy effort. Fat grafting on the other hand, when performed by an expert fat grafting Plastic Surgeon, produce natural and permanent results.
