hello I have keloids on my leg and I want to to remove hair for laser, is any risk to growing up my keloids? is laser safe?

We do not stop retinol before hair removal but if you want to you can stop it 3 days before up to a week before. after hair removal use led red light from emeragecosmetics.com to limit complications.  Best, Dr. Emer.
