Hi otb. The dermapen will help improve your skin, not actually lift the cheeks. Depending upon your skin, you may be a candidate for radiofrequency microneedling with Profound-a treatment provides skin tightening/lifting with a single treatment. Best wishes,
Microneedling with dermapen is not indicated to lift the tissues in the face. Microneedling is indicated to help the skin tone and texture, lessen the appearance of acne scars and helps to produce collagen under the skin to improve the texture of the skin. In order to achieve lifting easily, you will have to look in to fillers such as Voluma, Juvederm Ultra Plus XC etc. or radio frequency devices to achieve your desired aesthetic goals.
Microneedling is an amazing technique, especially when combined with PRP for the face. However, it does little to lift or augment the skin. Skin tightening is best achieved with Thermage for the face to tighten the skin. If you need volume then Juvederm or Voluma or Restylane Lyft may be the products that you need. Please feel free to post photos as well. Best, Dr. Green
Thanks for asking !Dermapen is a technology that improves the superficial skin layer, it could help give the skin a smoother appearance, but to achieve a lifting effect we would have to work with other treatments. We recommend for you to seek other options like ultrasounds or radiofrecuencies such as Ultraformer, Morpheus 8, Venus freeze, etc. Hope this helps!
