So i have 2 lumps in my left buttock after a bbl in 2019. Had it drained 2x by my P.S but it never went away. He said it was a seroma? liquid that came out was yellow, like fat Or oil. Long story short, i had an ultrasound its solid now. One lump is 7cm long 5cm wide and the other's 0.8cmx1cm.i attached a photo of the drained fluid. In the report its labeled as echogenic mass. It never hurted or gave me issues. What could it have been? Who can remove it? (P.S is no longer in practice)
