Hi! I've never really had prominent cheekbones, and initially I was thinking of getting fat grafting to that area, but I'm now thinking I should probably start with fillers such as Radiesse. (I'd rather not do HAs since they don't last long at all for me). Would you recommend fat grafting later on, are the results similar to fillers? Also, how many Radiesse syringes do you think I would need in order to even out the area, or start out with? I'm 22 years old. Thanks!

Answer: How much Radiesse for malar (cheek) enhancement?
Radiesse is an FDA-Approved filler that we use very frequently in our office to sculpt the contours of the face. Since we are a national center of excellence for filler reversal, we also encounter patients from other doctors' offices who wish to have Radiesse fillers removed for one reason or...
For optimal results, I recommend my patients wait at least 48-72 hours before they begin any type of facial treatment or intense activity. There is a risk of the filler migrating if you do not wait enough time before beginning Derma Wand or NuFace treatments.
Thank you for your question. Fat burners do not affect dermal fillers. It may be due to exercise that you have been losing weight making your face thinner. If you have any further concerns please contact your expert physician. Best of Luck!
