Horizontal neck lines in my 20s. Any suggestions? (photos)

The short answer is that it is a very difficult problem to correct and there are no really good treatments. Exercise helps. If you have submental fat or fat under your chin that is causing a crease to form below that then you might benefit from Kybella to dissolve the fat or a limited liposuction in that area. Botox in my opinion does not help and there are no skin tightening creams that remove horizontal neck lines.

There are many options including botox, fillers, thermiRF and lasers. I suggest you see a cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  These lines are genetic.  Best, Dr. Emer.
