How do I heal the scabs made by orange peel? (Photo)

The acidity from the orange peelings caused indentions and scabs after I feel asleep with my face on them and plz what do I do and use to heal the brown scabs and so they don't scar was so sleepy that I was at my table and peeling an orange. After I ate it I then dozed off with the left side of my face on the orange peelings. It is now red and scabbed over. What do I do and how to I prevent were my face layed on the orange peels from scaring and for the brown scabs to heal?
