Is FaceTite or EmbraceRF more effective than TempSure Envi? Can I do FaceTite if I already had SmartLipo?

Question

I had neck SmartLipo in February. I still have horizontal wrinkles. To correct this, I had one TempSure Envi treatment on my neck a month ago but I see no improvement. I went to a surgeon today to ask about a surgical neck lift and he said I was too young (I'm 42). He suggested I look into non-surgical treatments. Or is FaceTite an option since I've already had an under-the-skin tightening treatment with SmartLipo?

horizontal lines will never go away with facetite or renuvion. they need lasers, morpheus, fillers or neck lift.  see an expert.

With significant neck sagging you would need a neck/face lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). at the same time lasers (fraxel,  co2 or erbium( or microneedling RF (fractora, intensif) can be . performed to improve the crepe skin or wrinkles.  You need a formal consultation, as the neck can be treated with a combination approach:
1. micro needling and lasers for texture
2. botox, disport or xeomin to help platysmal bands
3. intensif or fractora RF microneedling for crepe skin and lifting
4. fillers like belotero, restylane silk, juvederm volbella to improve lines and folds
5. neck/face lifting if sagging is prominent or early starting +/- platysmaplasty (muscle tightening)
6. J plasma/Renuvion, thermiRF, inmode facetite for internal tightening
7. ultherapy and thermage for external tightening
8. regular Venus legacy, exilis ultra, or inmode forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness
9. PDO novathreads or silhouette instalift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production

Thank you for your questions! Some photos would be super helpful but an in-person consultation would be best. In general, “smartlipo” is a well marketing but poorly performing option that is usually found with non-core providers. I would suggest having a consultation with a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. If you are indeed not a candidate for a facelift, then you might be well served with something less invasive but still effective such as a combination of FaceTite and Morpheus8.
