facetite is best for the face and renuvion for the body, but do very good just need EXPERT hands. I combine all cases with morpheus and post care is ESSENTIAL see my blog link. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question. An in person consultation is necessarily to determine your best course of action. I offer both Renuvion and Facetite in my practice. It is important that you find a cosmetic surgeon that offers multiple treatment modalities for each person ; that is treatments need to be customized to the individual. Many factors go into my decision tree on which procedure is offered to each client. Both Inmode Facetite/ Embrace and Apyx Renuvion are excellent methods to tighten the skin. For under the chin, I can achieve excellent results with both modalities. It is impossible to share my entire thought process on utilization of one modality over the other but i can share a few scenarios:1) skin tightening of chin, neck and face with minimal submental (under chin) fat I utilize the Embrace procedure which includes Accutite/ Facetite and Morpheus 8 2) heavy neck and does not want a facelift I will use Renuvion and My Ellevate to tighten. All the best #DRB
Dear 30YofatArmyRanger, Thank you for your question. Without seeing your photos it is hard to determine which procedure would be best for you. In general FaceTite / NeckTite is the one with the best control and with the best predictability on the results, both for heavier tissues and also for thin tissues with just loose skin. It is a flexible procedure in that you can adjust the energy settings according to the patient's tissue structure, thickness and fat content. In our hands, our patients have been very happy with the results. It is very important that you seek your treatment from a Board Certified Facial Plastic or Plastic Surgeon who is well versed with subcutaneous Radio Frequency energy delivery and also well versed with the various surgical tissue planes of the head and neck so that you do not end up with unnecessary and avoidable complications eg divets, irregularities, nerve damage etc. Such potential complications are extremely uncommon in the hands of a Board Certified Plastic or Facial Plastic Surgeon who has the prerequisite knowledge and experience from their residency and fellowship trainings, before they go into practice. Hope this helps. Best of luck in your questSincerely, Dr. Anna PetropoulosBoard Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon Boston's North Shore
Thank you for your quesitons. Face Tite is a technology that uses radiofrequency to shrink wrap the tissues resulting in tightening along the jawline and jowls. Because it uses heat, there is a small amount of fat loss. It is best to have the facetite done first, then the fat grafting. I...
I would say that if you appear to be of stated age (40), then definitely FaceTite over Neck Lift. It does exactly what most 40 year olds would want. It tightens skin 38% AND contours the fat that starts to change the jawline! AND it does not burn any bridges for future lifts...
If a double chin is due to excess fat, I would say that liposuction is the best treatment for that issue. If there is excess skin causing a problem, then FaceTite could help to tighten this to some extent, although surgery can usually produce more dramatic improvement.
