Can you get Facetite or Accutite after facial fat transfer?

Can you get Facetite or Accutite after facial fat transfer? I have had fat grafting to help strengthen my underdeveloped chin and jawline. While I love the results, I still feel there is some unwanted sagging. I am 34 and feel like I am too young to be sagging! I am considering either Accutite or Facetite treatments to help increase tautness. If this can be done effectively, how long after fat transfer could you have either of these procedures?

I think it would be worth the risk!  Some fat shrinkage will occur but if your surgeon doesn't do liposuction the effect of shrinking is likely not too dramatic.  Best Wishes!!

I would not suggest these after a fat transfer.  Heat is delivered under the skin with the facetite probe, and this will melt some fat and stimulate new collagen growth.  So you may lose the fat that you just put in there.  Might want to try Microneedle with radiofrequency as there should be less fat loss with this, and it can also stimulate new collagen. There are many machines out there to do this.

Thank you for your quesitons. Face Tite is a technology that uses radiofrequency to shrink wrap the tissues resulting in tightening along the jawline and jowls. Because it uses heat, there is a small amount of fat loss. It is best to have the facetite done first, then the fat grafting. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience with fat grafting and the Facetite machine. In our office, we commonly do these procedures together under local anesthesia right in our office.
