At age 15 can I have laser hair removal? Will Medicaid cover it? Also will all the hair be removed at my age?

The short answer to your question is that it is definitely possible to remove hair when you are younger. In fact, I have treated patients in their pre-teen years. Darker hair is easier to remove than lighter hair and hair that is faster growing also responds better. Typically we use the ND:YAG  laser for hair removal in darker complexions.
