I’m 10 weeks postop from tumescent liposuction and have these lumps all over my lower abdomen. Is it possible that this is swelling or does it look like uneven fat removal? When I stretch, it looks even worse and affects my upper abdomen as well as shown in the second photo. The area feels like it has bands and bumps underneath. I don’t have any fat left to graft if I need revision. This experience has left me feeling so sad and regretful.

Thanks for the question. It’s too early to comment over the result. First couple of weeks after the surgery you can back to work and couple of weeks later your permanent recovery will start. It’s possible to see some major changes in Liposuction results till the end of 12 months recovery....
I agree with the other posters it appears to be 3-4 liters, quite blood tinged too. I think that you should as the surgeon because they are the experts who would know. The key in liposuction is not how much is removed but how much is needed to leave behind for the best outcome.
Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 11 days you are still early in your recovery process. There is still a lot of swelling present. Swelling misguides the result of your procedure. Be patient, keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
