Juvederm ultra plus 1 year later. How much longer will this last? (Photo)

I received Juvederm ultra plus in my nasolabial folds 1 year ago. The product it still very hard and lumpy. Appearing uneven still. How much longer will this last? Has this permanently altered my face. Thank you

The majority of the filler should have dissolved by this time.  If you have remaining filler you can elect to have it dissolved with hyalruonidase.  Be sure to see an expert injector for treatment.

Sorry you are experiencing lumpiness. 
1 year post filler should be starting to recede. I would advise massaging the area. 
If it is of substantial concern you could try some hylase to dissolve, however looking at your photos I would suggest letting it naturally degrade as I can’t see any lumpiness , perhaps it’s just on palpating. 
Hylase can often breakdown your own natural HA ( temporary) and pt feel that it can make them look worse.

It really should be gone actually!  If you are having issues I am thinking the product placement and choice might not be right.  Have you contacted your Physician that injected this?
