The majority of the filler should have dissolved by this time. If you have remaining filler you can elect to have it dissolved with hyalruonidase. Be sure to see an expert injector for treatment.

Sorry you are experiencing lumpiness.
1 year post filler should be starting to recede. I would advise massaging the area.
If it is of substantial concern you could try some hylase to dissolve, however looking at your photos I would suggest letting it naturally degrade as I can’t see any lumpiness , perhaps it’s just on palpating.
Hylase can often breakdown your own natural HA ( temporary) and pt feel that it can make them look worse.
