Is Ultratherma as effective as Ultherapy?

Is ultratherma as effective as Ultherapy? From my understanding Ultherapy is the leading brand of machine, can the same results come from an Ultratherma machine? Ultratherma uses a precise micro-focused ultrasound or MFU energy. It is extremely effective because it can target and treat at least three layers of tissue, at depths of 1.5mm, 3.0mm, and 4.5mm. The procedure’s advance technology delivers a consistent beam of energy that heats the desired tissue to 60 or 70°C… Thanks :)
