Is Ultratherma as effective as Ultherapy?

Is ultratherma as effective as Ultherapy? From my understanding Ultherapy is the leading brand of machine, can the same results come from an Ultratherma machine? Ultratherma uses a precise micro-focused ultrasound or MFU energy. It is extremely effective because it can target and treat at least three layers of tissue, at depths of 1.5mm, 3.0mm, and 4.5mm.
