Hello! I am a 25 year old, petite woman with a slim build. I have been very bothered recently about how wide and fat my face looks in photos. As a TMJ patient, I thought about Botox injections for my masseter muscles for bruxism and to help slim the lower face… but I have heard stories about skin sagging after the Botox, making the jawline even weaker. I’m wondering whether I should do the Ultherapy for tightening or the Botox or even both.
