I have had filler in cheeks before to help with tear trough. It's not dark there just losing elasticity and want to tighten and lift cheek and under eyes. To me Ultherapy sounds like the best option but many practioners say it is just for jowls.
Answer: Tighten the skin by doing Morpheus8. Melts unwanted fat, helps production of collagen, and tightens loose skin Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Tightening skin under the eyes Ultherapy can be used for upper face/crows feet and under the eyes. This upper face treatment is quick, and cost effective and seems ideal for what you are trying to accomplish in terms of lifting and tightening under the eye. I would recommend a second treatment in 6 mos to supercharge your results. Ultherapy that used on the mid face and jawline is intended to address jowls but that is not pertinent to your question or concern.

Answer: Skin Tightening Ultherapy is a great non-surgical option for skin tightening and collagen production. We often treat the mid and lower face. In my practice we also generally do a combination approach of ultherapy, PDO threads, and injectables such as HA fillers or sculptra to help lift the skin. Best results are seen over a few months. I recommend scheduling a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon or experienced provider to discuss a treatment plan that's right for you.
