My muscles were too tightly bound during my tummy tuck 6 years ago. I hate it. My lifestyle has completely changed because of it. It affects how I dress, my exercise, my sex life, my leisure, my driving... everything. My abdominal muscles cramp & knot at the slightest movements & postures. I can't cuddle up w/ a book, I can't sit in the same position too long, I can't do yoga or Pilates like I used to, I can't twist while sitting in an auditorium. How do I get help?
