Im looking to get a thread lift redone due to my last one dropping. Last time i got quite a bit of rippling near the entry points. Im scared this will happen again, if it does how long does it take to go down so skin is smooth?

The technique involves barbed threads that can leave some skin redundancy.  In many cases this is technique dependent but would resolve as the threads dissolve.

Based on the photo provided, the thread was not correctly placed along the jawline, it caused rippling as it was not anchored correctly in the first place. When I perform threads, I will never allow a patient of mine to walkout with so much rippling on their skin.To answer your question: you should only have a little rippling at the insertion points and that rippling should even out over 3-5 days.
