30, male & have nasolabial fold on 1 side & prominent lines when smiling, help me fix my facial skin? (Photos)

Question

I am a 30 year old male from Sydney, Australia. Since my teenage years, I have dealt with a noticeable: 1. nasolabial fold on one side of my face as well as; 2. prominent lines that appear when I smile. In your honest opinion, would you have any non-surgical treatments available? I am not looking for miracles after one treatment, but happy to undergo a number of treatments/ sessions as long as there will be results. Does anyone recommend anything that could help me?

You may have the best results from a combination of treatments.  Based on the submitted photos you can expect improvement of the nasolabial folds with filler.  This will provide support for the underlying tissue and lessen the prominence of the fold.  You can also consider adding Morpheus8.  This popular treatment is performed in the office and improves overall skin tone and texture.

The static (at rest) nasolabial line that bothers you can be treated quite easily with an HA filler. The parallel laugh lines, those lines on the lower cheeks to the sides of the mouth that appear with smiling can be treated with a low viscosity, cohesive, malleable HA filler fanned throughout the area to provide the necessary support and counter force to the smile. 
The dynamic wrinkles (those that appear with expression, such as the crow's feet), are muscle related and therefore can be he treated with Botox. And if there are residual creases in the fabric of the skin from years of use of the underlying muscles, the same kind of HA filler injected in the same fashion can be used here, as well. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck.

I would suggest filler to balance your face. You would need an in-person consultation to discuss which areas should be injected, how many syringes, sessions, etc. It could be a matter of cheek or pyriform filler. You might also need softening of your prominent NLF.
