I noticed this line develop on one cheek and one cheek only. I thought it might be hyperpigmentation but I attempted to cover it with concealer and it was still visible when I looked in the mirror. It doesn’t feel indented but something is definitely going on. Anyone it’s only one cheek. Is this fat separating and would cheek filler be an appropriate treatment?
