I know that this question has probably been asked before but just wanted to be absolutely clear. From what I've read online there seems to be a lot more surgeons preferring silicone implants over medpore because they are easier to insert and remove. However, my understanding is that silicone implants are never truly fixed in place and may cause bone resorption in the long run. Assuming that one never has to get an implant removed or replaced, wouldn't medpore be a far better option? Cheers.
