I’m 6 days post op, I had a chin implant through the mouth (and a nose job). My bottom lip and chin are still numb, I can’t smile properly, only half a smile which is crooked. My speech is effected and I’m really worried. I’m still swollen (but little bruising) and my chin looks square and boxy, I feel like a man. Will I get my smile back and when will the numbness go away? I’ve lost half a stone so far as I can’t eat properly. I stopped taking Codeine yesterday and pain is much less today which is good.
