Doctors, recently in my 30s discovered the needs for some filler in my tear troughs however I don't want to go down this path forever and want something permanent. In saying that, my orbital rims, tear troughs and outer rims on the side of the eyes are deficient. would an implant like the image shown be sufficient or does one have to go the custom route?
