One eye smaller than the other when smiling, any suggestions? (Photos)

An examination of you would be needed to try and determine the cause of one of your eyes being smaller than the other.  You mentioned you had bell's palsy in the past, and it is possible that the cause of the issue is due to that.  It is also possible that you have weakness in a muscle in the upper eyelid causing the problem.  This is called ptosis.  The examination should be able to help determine the cause.  Once the cause is determined, this would determine the treatment options.  I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon for an examination.

Eye asymmetry could have varying causes. It appears you have right upper eyelid ptosis but best to see an oculoplastic specialist for more detailed evaluation. Treatment is possible depending on the exact cause.

This could definitely result from previous Bell’s palsy. When the nerve heals, many nerve endings end up regrowing to the wrong muscles so when you smile the eye closes.  botox is the solution and can make a a big difference. You should be evaluated by an oculoplastic specialist and best of luck!
