Sometimes botox can be used to lift the eyebrow and/or eyelid in a subtle way to help improve asymmetry, however, looking at your photo, I find it unlikely that this will be the case for you. You seem to have a significant asymmetry between your right and left eyes. Your right eye and possibly your eye socket seem to be smaller than the left. This doesn't mean that your eyeball is actually smaller, but rather the bony and soft tissue structures around your right eye is smaller than your left. Its also possible that the left eye is being pushed out more than the right, thus making it seem larger. A full face photo might provide additional details, but you need an in person evaluation by an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon (Oculoplastic surgeon). There is are excellent surgeons in Toronto. Your can search for them on link I've provided below.Good luck
Uneven eyelids can be addressed non-surgically via several techniques. Brow position can be altered using Botox injections. Raising or lowering an eyebrow with Botox can change the appearance of the eyelid by creating more or less fullness. Dermal fillers such as Restyane can also add more fullness in the brow and upper eyelid creating more symmetry. Non-surgical lifting devices such as Ulthera can also change the brow position and upper eyelid fullness. As always, you should consult with a Surgeon that is skilled and experienced in treating this delicate area.

You appear to have eyelid ptosis which is a drooping of the eyelid. This can be created surgically to tighten or resuspend the muscle which controls the length and movement of your eyelid. It is best to have an in-office evaluation to evaluate your vision and function so that right technique c...
Thank you for your question and photo. The appearance of undereye "bags" commonly has three components: 1) excess or "crepey" skin, 2) fat prolapse, 3) hollowness. While a single photos provides limited information, it looks like you have a small amount of fat prolapse, a moderate...
There are 3 options available to resect the corrugator muscles, each with its own pros and cons:1. Direct incision through upper eyelid blepharoplasty incision: this is the most straightforward approach that can be done under local anesthesia, but is slightly higher risk to damaging the nerves...
Surgery is a standard treatment for chalazia but it is mostly unnecessary. Surgery on your eyelid margin will permanently disfigure you. Don't take that risk. Almost all of these respond beautifully to a Kenalog injection. Some injectors use a combination of Kenalog and 5-FU. Find an...
