I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer
The amount of bridge raising you could expect would be largely determined by your examination. Some people have skin that is very densely scarred down to the underlying nasal skeleton, and this can pose a problem. If your skin lifts off readily from the underlying cartilage and bone, that is always a good sign. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Unfortunately, a lot of surgeons try to create the same 'nose job outcome' for everybody (i.e. an upturned nose, with a pinched tip) - and such then causes the appearance you mentioned. Additional surgery is fraught with more risk, and given you want to avoid surgery, then it is logical and reasonable to try fillers. My suggestion is to inject the filler to the dorsum of the nose and judiciously (i.e. a little bit) to the nasal spine and tip. I believe it's possible to improve upon what you have, but remember that fillers add volume by definition; so, your whole face needs to be considered.
Fillers are very versatile, giving you are range of options to change the shape of your nose. It is especially effective for "finishing off" the imperfections of surgery. Using fillers for a liquid nose job, you can bring more definition to your nose, bringing a smooth line from your forehead to the tip. Fillers can also give you a defined uplift to the tip of your nose.
Microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections are particularly useful for lowering retracted nostrils from previous surgery. And examination is always necessary to determine somebody's candidacy for this. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Adding injectable fillers to your nose would only lead to a larger and wider nasal appearance. Based on your photos, I suspect you have an over projected nasal appearance that is also wide. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a smallersymmetrical, less distracting, and more...
If that is the case, a permanent nonsurgical nose job treatment may be helpful for achieving a straighter nasal appearance. I do not see evidence of an inverted V deformity. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
