nostril reduction is best done with a small procedure called alar wedge excisions.  It can be done under local anesthesia and lasts longer than fillers. Google “alar wedge excisions” and you will see many examples

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (like Voluma, Restylane, Juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, but surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Best to see an expert. - Dr. Emer

 The photographs demonstrate a hanging columella which can be reduced with a columella-plasty.  This will also help hide the visible open rhinoplasty scar present.  To actually bring the alar rims down will require a composite graft of both skin and cartilage from the ear when there is true alar retraction present

The retraction of your nostril rim can be lowered with fillers but I suggest you consider small alar rim cartilage grafts which would permanently correct the unwanted nostril exposure.
