Downsizing 260cc implants - what size would I need? (Photos)

hello melbs It’s important to know what size bra you currently wear. Is it a 32,
34, 36 bra, and, of course, the cup size? The strap size is important to
know because that affects the diameter of the cup and subsequently the
diameter of the breast implant that we choose. We also need to know your
height, your weight, and it’s helpful to know your dress size as well.
In addition, it would be very helpful if you include photos of
yourself. A front view, a side view, and a three-quarter view are most
helpful. This will let us see if there are any breast asymmetries, if
the breasts are narrow, if the breasts are wide, what your chest wall
looks.

Your implants do look much bigger than 260cc! To achieve your goals I would recommend an implant that has a smaller diameter & less projection.Possibly around 10.5cm wide and perhaps around 3cm of projection. In the implants I am familiar with this equates to a volume of 175cc.  A teardrop or anatomical implant would also give you a better proportion and you would be able to choose an implant with less vertical height. Your best approach is to have a long consultation with a surgeon with experience in revision & be guided by them based on your realistic goal outcome. All the bestKim
