I've had my 260cc implants for 4 years (Nagor RGI HP - round, silicone, submuscular position). They are so unnatural and out of proportion for my small frame, taking up my entire chest. I want to downsize to smaller round implants, and am considering Motiva Ergonomix. What size would I need to get a nice natural result? My current implants are 11.3cm wide, 3.8cm projection. I want MUCH smaller, less projection, not as wide/high. Also, would I need pocket work or is it a simple swap?

An increase in only 40 cc represents less than 10% increase. As such, it is unlikely that significant pocket modifications will be needed, Nor will it look substantially different, only slightly.Best of luck!
