I am 39 years old. About one and a half years ago 2 bulging veins started to appear under my left eye. It is only the one in the middle that bothers me. It is particularly bulging when I am smiling, crying or physically exerting myself. Also, on some days it hurts a little bit. I am a bit scared of laser treatment because I have quite delicate skin which scars easily. Would microphlebectomy be a better solution in my case? Or are there any other options? Thank you.
