I've been trying jelqing (i know it's stupid) and I think I have put too much pressure on the penis while doing the exercise. The result was some brown spots on the shaft, probably due to broken capillaries, and some prominent blue veins have emerged ( looks like spider veins), they also appeared on the testicles. These veins have become enlarged due to too much pressure being applied. These pictures are after sex. Are these veins dangerous? Can they get back to normal? What should I do next?
