I have a dark blue vein on the outside of my scrotum, what treatment would be suitable?

 I am 59 years old. I also have small red blood blisters in the area. How is this treated?

Yes, those types of vessels can be treated, but it is somewhat tedious, and one must put metal eye shields and very carefully before starting the procedure. You need someone very experienced with use of laser to reduce these veins.
