How do I cure ischemic nose skin after filler complication (vascular occlusion I had 6 months ago)? (Photo)

Since I had vascular occlusion after filler in side of my nose tip, I'm left with discolored, purple nose. Hyaluronidase I had too late. Can I cure that and heal my skin and can new blood vessels grow? I used once stem cells from fat and I did once plated rich plasma. I think to continue with plasma. In the morning my color is almost normal but during the day it becomes purple and if I turn my head down even blue. I live healthy, don't smoke or drink. Is there anything I can do to fix my skin?
