Can I switch from IPL treatments to laser hair treatments?

I’ve been doing IPL once a month for the past 7 months and I’m not very satisfied with my results. I’m now wanting to switch to laser hair removal instead. Is this safe? Should I wait to grow all my hair follicles out again before starting treatment?

Hello and thank you for your question. It depends on one's skin and type of treatment if hyperpigmentation appears or not. Usually after laser hair removal, the skin shows immediate signs of redness or irritation. If hyperpigmentation shows up it can be days or weeks after the procedure. Best...
