Is there swelling 2 months after lipo? I had lipo in abdomen, flanks, lower back and fat transfer to hips and butt 2 month ago.

At 2 months, you are still experiencing a degree of swelling which may persist for up to 6 months post-op. You would be able to see your final results by then. Swelling usually resolves on its own but compression garment would definitely help reduce it.

It’s hard to answer your questions without seeing your photos, but in general, swelling can last up to a year. You’ll start seeing the final results of your lipo in about three months as swelling starts to die down.
As for wearing your compression garments, it’s totally up to the discretion of your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon. Don’t hesitate to follow up with him so that he can also monitor your recovery.
