Can the upper eyelid area from above the eyelash line and up to the brow bone be treated with any kind of microneedling? (Photo)

My therapist claims that the area mustn't be treated; the increased collagen/elastine amount in this area will make the upper eyelid area look more hooded/sagged because of the anatomy of the area and gravity. The therapist won't needle the brow itself neither. I've had 4 Dermatude treatments with one week's rest time inbetween the treatments to the rest if my 41 y/o face & neck and I am very satisfied with the results so far w.r.t. overall skin vitality, texture and hue. Thanks in advance.
