Yes, cosmetic fillers can be used to enhance the contours of your facial features. This is best done with firm fillers, such as Radiesse or Sculptra. restore lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face. Fillers such as Voluma can be placed in the upper cheeks to restore lost volume in the area. This will also pull up on the lower face to improve jawline definition. Kybella can be used to address the double chin. Please

If you are concerned about your chin, I recommend that you look into Kybella. 
Injectables wont make your face look thinner per say, but getting fillers in your cheeks might give your face a more contoured look.
