Would 270 Mentor ultra high breast implants look less fake?

Thanks for your question. Ultra high breast implants have an unnatural level o projection that tends to be more associated with fake breasts than most other types of breast implants. Perhaps, you can consider the newer MemoryGel Xtra at a small size. A 270 cc is a better size to look more natural than a larger breast implant. Best, Dr. ALDO 

  At this point in your recovery, my best advice: patience.   Hopefully, based on careful preoperative communication,  your plastic surgeon  understood what you were trying to achieve.  Now all that can be done is to wait and see;  hopefully, your plastic surgeon has selected the appropriate breast implant for you (as part of the surgical plan to achieve an aesthetic outcome that you will be pleased with).

 Generally speaking, ultra-high profile breasts implants do have more projection but  I do not think it is possible to generalize that the use of these implants always create a "fake" look.   For some patients with narrow frames, ultra high profile breast implants may be the appropriate choice..
