Would 270 Mentor ultra high breast implants look less fake?

I’m 29 years old, thin body shape, no children. I’m 159cm, and 50kg, and I wanted natural looking breasts. I’ve had the surgery almost three weeks ago, and my surgeng went for 270cc ultra high mentor implant. I’ve just read negative comments on ultra high silicons that look fake and have some adverse effects on body in general. Although my surgent has told me my breast would take almost three months to get its own shape, I’m wondering if it would be less fake in 270cc.
