Removal of large breast implants - NHS?

Had breast implants private ex partner paid they are causing my spine to curve and indents on my shoulders I can't afford private for reduction could I have done on the NHS osteopath I see recommends reduction

I would estimate 2-3 hours depending on amount of capsule and whether or not the implant(s) are ruptured.  45 minutes for this surgery seems unlikely.  Be sure to clarify that capsulectomy, and not just implant removal is being planned.
