2 weeks post TT. Gone from severely constipated to chronic diarrhoea.

I'm 2 weeks post op TT, BR, LIPO and skin removal. The first week post op I was severely constipated. This lead to bleeding haemorrhoids. Now I've lowered my pain relief meds (to stop constipation, still in tremendous amounts of pain) o now have chronic diarrhoea. Is this normal?
