Is there a way my butt can sit lower on my back?

Question

I know it sounds weird but my butt is so high on my back, my torso is longer than it too.It's slanted going in then my butt comes out, instead of having a straight or slightly curved back.But the thing about it my butt crack starts at the right place,above it is this fat which is suppose to be my back. Help

      available. Generally, shaping this part of your body can be achieved
      through a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) with liposuction. With these procedures,
      your buttocks can be sculpted and shaped to an aesthetically appealing
      look. It is in your best interest to seek advice from a board-certified
      plastic surgeon, preferably one who is a member of the American Society

It's hard to know exactly what your buttock shape is, however given your vivid description it sounds like your buttock shape may be influenced by where your body likes to store or keep fat. Sometimes a person's buttocks can appear to start high simply because of where their muscle is located, however given most of the time the buttock/waist junction shape is determined by fat distribution, you may benefit from liposuction of this area and injection of the liposuctioned fat into your buttock area to augment it. I would recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon to see what can be done to reshape your buttock area. Good luck!

It sounds like you would benefit from liposuction of your lower back/upper butt.  The fat removed could be used to reshape your buttocks.  This would be best evaluated in person.

Hello! We all have different anatomy- for the buttock region, the transition from the back to the gluteal region can be adjusted with techniques such as liposuction and fat transfer. But the gluteal cleft is a structure that is fixed, and so you will not be able to change this-- only camouflage some with the previous techniques mentioned.Good luck.
