I just had septoplasty and I know the you get a split in each side of the nose, I can only visibly see one of the splints, on my right side, on the left side I cant see anything. Is this normal? is it possible I may have pushed it in further unintentionally when I slept or something like that?

I would recommend you have a closed rhinoplasty since the open rhinoplasty will leave a scar on the base of your nose. There's no need to open the nose for something like this. You will need to wait a few months after your previous surgery, but it can be easily done. I can straighten the crooked...
