You didn't mention how long it's been since the break, and some of the hump might be swelling, but it's unlikely that the droopy tip will come up with swelling resolution.See the "Web reference" link, just below my response. I elevated the tip and lowered the hump.You should understand that the changes I demonstrated in the morph require advanced techniques, techniques that most plastic surgeons cannot handle. I would recommend you have a closed rhinoplasty since the open rhinoplasty will leave a scar on the base of your nose. There's no need to open the nose for something like this. You will need to wait a few months after your previous surgery, but it can be easily done.
