Will cool sculpting get rid of 20 lbs of stomach fat?

CoolSculpting is not a weight loss treatment, but it can help reduce isolated areas of unwanted fat.  Treating the abdomen with CoolSculpting will not result in weight loss but it can improve the contour of the area.  Diet and exercise are still the best to remove extra pounds.

Coolsculpting is not designed to remove large amounts of fat ie 20 lbs. It is best used to target small pockets of fat in specific areas though it can used to remove 2-3 inches of pinchable fat.  I would recommend that you consider a medically supervised weight loss program first and then perhaps consider Coolsculpting when you are near your target weight.
