Hey I'm having a breast reduction soon and I asked the doctor who will be performing the breast reduction how he will get rid of my bra bulge. He responded that he will do an mini arm lift but, how will that get rid of that is my question. Arm lifts are just for arms no? Here's a picture of the back and front of the problem. I really don't want to have small breast and bra bulge!

The surgeon will try to keep the veins intact as much as possible but if it is unavoidable, they are sometimes tied off. There are multiple levels of blood supply so these can be selectively tied if needed.
